Who's idea was it to increase interest rate for Investors?

    So in this case, it will affects AUD $ but how is that going to affect property market ?
    there are two types of possibilities:

    1. Cheaper AUD$ means more tourism and attracts foreign investor to invest in Australian property.

    2. Investor will be buying US Govt. bond and stocks dumping Australian stocks & bonds altogether.​

    #2 may send global share market into downtrend.
    And a big correction for Aus share market.
