How do you play all those games and teams and end up with such a one sided game. Not an AFL convert here

Gives the hawks space and they'll cut you up. Also who was on rioli and Mitchell?

Every team booed goodes, why blame eagles? Just like every other team boos JK when he's taking a shot; wouldn't be Coleman medallist if he ran to the media instead of ignoring it.

Good call @D.T. In fact hawks fans booed goodes just as much if not more than the Eagles.

Yes , and the Swans would have won if they hadn't had all those injuries ....

DT .... Face it mate , like the swans last year they where done .

The only light at the end of the tunnel is that the Hawks are an old team . Too many players peaking at the same time which means they are very good at the moment . Next year , the year after at the most , they will have too many old players , and like geelong in the last two years , everything will unravel .

I don't think you can turn over a team that quickly and stay at the very top .

I think the swans have had 2/3rds of their 2012 team move on and it shows in the inexperience of their players from around 20 -25 . Next year those guys will have more experience ,couple of good recruits , happy to swap bird and Jetta for a good ruckman and a key defender ... The one thing the swans don't lack of good midfielders .

If they have their best players on the field they're competitive , but lose 5-6 and the guys coming in don't have the same experience .

I give the Hawks one more year , but I think in two years the cracks will start choking . Lake, hodge , Mitchell , hales and a few more and they'll drop off

Everyone booes opposing forwards when they taking a shot . Part of the game .

Eagles were the loudest , and freo did it after they were asked to stop by their captain and coach .

    Eagles vs Freo ......

Would have gone for the Eagles .

I think we have to agree to disagree on this .

Milking media earns boos. I don't care what race / gender / size / colour / whatever.

He's achieved a crap load; him and his fans have reason to be extremely proud. Retiring is for the good of the league though.

Trade season will be very interesting. Some teams just need that last piece of that puzzle and they'll elevate their ranking.

I think lewis jetta will be good for the Eagles. More run in the midfield.

Yea when he plays well he's great. He hasn't played well the last year or 2 though. Not sure who's place in the side he'd take though?

Someone should start a "who's going to win the premiership in 2016" thread.

    What gave you that idea?

He's an amazing player so prefer not to lose him (despite an average grand final appearance)

Only joking about darling but a reliable source has told me to expect big news after the grand final. Big time player will get the sack for breach of contract.

They'll always say big news because they want to sell more reads / views.

    Breach of contract from eagles?
