    Hi All,

I have a house in Wallan, Victoria. I bought the house from creation homes 1.5 years ago.
The roof is leaking and water is getting into one of the bedrooms and has caused a small area in the ceiling on that room to swell up. Who can i contact here if creation homes do not fix the problem?

I'm just trying to be proactive here before anything wrong actually happens. I'm going to be giving them a ring later today to sort this issue out. But i want to be prepared in-case they leave me hanging and running around the bush. Who do i contact if they don't help. I'm still under the builders warranty period for this house.

    Thank You.

Just remember to document your communications with the builder clearly

Why assume problems before you have even contacted the builder? They must be given the chance to rectify any problem.

Sorry, I was just after the right corporate body who i could've contacted if the problem wasn't resolved. Anyway builders have sent someone out to fix the issue. So all good.
