Who to ask?

    we wish to go over our financial plans with a professional/knowledgeable person to scope out various scenarios - sell an ip ; or 2; or none; to pay down home loan debt; or borrow more to do a GF conversion.

    We wish to get some financial
    modeling to see various outcomes of the above.

    Who to ask? An accountant? Financial planner? Broker? Who does that sort of help?

    A financial planner that is licenced in tax probably. but you will also need broker to give the loans advice.

    Planner in combo with a broker by their side, or in the one person perhaps even.

    Wont be easy to find one person that does that well Id say
