    Yep and locked up in trusts :)

    Eventually all properties should turn a cash flow profit and then it can be distributed.

    Meh - statistics. Make them show what ever barrel you want to push.

    I would also hazard a guess that many lawyers utilize the benifits of 'entities'to invest. So their income, and assets will be hidden from the wider view.
    Same for those 'owning' more than about 3IP's.
    Hence most of these types of statistics are entirely meaningless - however make for nice headlines
