They must be low rise or single level townhouse developments. Qld strata levies are costly and water/sewer is very costly

The power for those oversized exposed element light bulbs dangling from cords above bench tables doesnt come from nowhere!

Hi Justin, we are about to have a map session next week, looking at all the feedback not sure if it's a good idea? Do you think you will still make it work?

I'm still yet to kick start my portfolio...saving up my deposit and soaking up as much knowledge as possible from a range of seminars, propertychat, brokers, other people I know who have property etc.

For me as I'm quite green the MAP session was good to just jet some info, the session is based on what you want so have a lot of questions ready. Dan was a straight shooter based on his own experience

Done it. Don't bother. You will learn way more by reading the forums. The MAP session is merely a tool to suck you in to using their buyers agent services. Save the $$$ for a deposit.

BAs who are purchasing frequently in a particular location often get approached by agents with properties that haven't reached the general market yet. I've financed heaps of great deals that you won't find advertised but were sourced by BAs.

As an Adelaide investor only, i have found a lot of agents here contact you about investment/development blocks long before they appear online, if they know your "in the game".The amount of deals i have been offered in this scenario is staggering, its a case of how deep are the pockets.

I agree with the others. I have done a one on one map session and it was a waste of time and money. It was all about them and then it was about how bad my broker at the time was. Can your broker do this can your broker do that

Keep an open mind to their new deal about Nathan buying bulk land and then selling it off his clients at a discount price. Do your homework on all of his deals he offers you.

Are these deals available to the average investor who is looking around, eventually buys something and then doesn't do anything else for another year or two?

Everyone is warning you that you've got a **** sandwich in front of you and you're still licking your lips and getting ready to take a massive bite out of it!
Good luck to you, but I'm not going to feel sorry for you if you don't like the taste.

And as you seem to be interested in people's portfolios: 10 low value (or by now 8 low value and 2 mid range) IPs with a total of 13 tenancies.
