    I've got one.
It's a project so I can then use it for other projects later.
There is a building in my backyard that I've been renting out for ages. To a friend initially, and then it's been on Airbnb.
Time for me to take it back.
I'm turning it into a shed. The plan is for it to be a bit of a community thing - like how my wife runs her ceramics studio at home - Bakehouse Studio Marrickville
There are lots of people in the inner west who don't have the space, tools or machines to work on projects. I have all of that and a decent amount of knowledge and skills. I'm keen to share it all.
First step was to unfurnish the space. My girls as a consequence have a few bits of furniture in their rooms that they didn't expect and don't want. And our other Airbnb has some more chairs. We have way too many chairs at our place - 84 at the last count.
Here is the space before I dismantled it:

First step after mostly clearing the space was a materials cupboard - a place to put stuff. I made it from formply because it's cheap and easy to work with. 2200mm high, 1 metre wide and 600mm deep. The doors have an additional 130mm of storage in them. The leading edge of each door has a wheel under it to hold the weight when they are fully laden. Fingers crossed it works.

I get to paint the PPOR during this period.
I have plenty of past experience working at heights so no issue with that.
Lots of leaks in this place so I will go over everything thoroughly and seal it all up and the walls will be painted with a thick membrane type paint.
Lots of the walls are single skin concrete block so wherever there is a crack in the original render creating a hairline crack in the existing paint the moisture sucks right through to the internal walls and creates lots of problems.
Started this last year but put it off so might as well get it done now.
I don't mind doing structural work but I hate painting.
It's go to be done right though, no cutting corners, which is the reason I'll do it all myself properly, once only.
Access is quite difficult around here so I bought a cheap scaffold and will do it all myself in my own time.

It would be pretty boring if there's no risk :)

I must say lockdown has apparently been and gone, but we are one of those fortunate and socially boring people where we haven't really noticed the difference.... it's still work as usual... o_O

I'm going to nail a hammock down in the spare bedroom. No photos yet. The idea is still in it's conception stage.

Bought a car for my mate who had an uber drive smash his, which has sat in my back yard for 2 years. (White)

I am yet to finish mine after 6 years (yellow)

Firstly is to get the boat project done after 18 months of on and off welding repairs and part accumulation. Only issue is I don't get a day off seemingly.

I've had 42 Mazda's. Only sold two complete, one was original one was a V6 Auto converted to i4 turbo manual where I stripped the entire car to bare shell, added 100+kg of sound deadening, huge stereo, and sold it. That engine now sits in the yellow car, capable of 500whp, not bad from 1800cc.

I'm halfway through adding abs and the turbo conversion along with total removal of any engine bay wiring to get it away from the heat.

Added new gearbox, diff, shafts, brakes, seat, rollcage, full fuel setup and heaps of bracing... Just ran out of money.

Give me any bolt and I'll tell you where it could be from...

    I'm a sparky by trade.

100%, look at the fcfd prices for parts on yahoo in Japan! I bought some parts years ago cause they looked cool in the shed. Now they have tripled in value. I've never had enough to afford one
