    im thinking about buying a IP maybe in a regional area and advertising it as a Rent to Buy .


    I have been reading some of Rick Ottens stuff but maybe do it a little differently.

    Anyone here have experience at this and what Lawyers do you use to draw up the contracts ?
    Any Lawyers experienced in this ?
