Who do you subscribe to?

    I just received an email from Michael Yardney on how to choose a good property advisor (I'm sure there's no self interest there). I recieve these emails because, once upon a time, I subscribed to his emailing list.

    So I was thinking: To what lists do people here subscribe?

    None. But I don't mind having a read of Michael Yardney's website from time to time.

    What is your take on his methods/advice?

    I unsubscribed to Michael Yardney years ago. The advice he gives is fine, but the sheer volume of marketing spam is utterly ridiculous.

    Unfortunately most of the other reputable information providers do the same thing.

    All sorts really between articles, podcasts and webinars but mainly Yardney, Realestatetalk, EPI, Ryan McLean, Boholt ( :p ) and Real Estate Investar.
