who do i need to engage to sue an agent?

    Who do I need to engage to take a franchised pm agency to court for incompetent jobs without. Having to fork out dollars for an expensive lawyer?

    is it legal aid
    is it vcat
    is there an ombudsman

    and yes I'm very angry

    You generally don't get legal aid for commercial disputes.

    I'd say VCAT and then also consumer affairs to report if they've breached the Act.
