Absolutely nothing wrong with it. I wish I was that flexible. I'm as rigid as a steel bar lol.

Its my nieces. The front one just won the national cheerleading championships with her school team. But I used to be able to do hands free cartwheels at her age, spilts in all directions, kickovers and backbends getting my hands to my feet... I just don't have any photo evidence unfortunately...
But now at the ripe old age of 38 and 363 days now I can only do one kind of spilt. I can still do awesome cartwheels though.... it what happens when you do gymnastics as a kid and they have a fundraising activity where you have to do 100 cartwheels more or less in succession...

Thanks guys... Well, she does quite a few hours of gymnastics a week, does cheerleading training twice a week, and a year or so ago I took her to a circus class and the teacher asked if she could join them on their annual performance the next year... And this was after only seeing her do stuff in a very short time... The teacher said she was very easy to train/coach.

The only way I could get in that position is if I was fired from a canon.

    :)
A year or so ago she said she wanted to be a gymnastics coach or makeup artist when she grows up... She showed some art skills too when she was younger.
I took the two girls indoor rockclimbing and the older one (who does gymnastics) was happy to do all the climbing, the younger one (and she's only 18 months younger) was scared of the climbing.

But the second one did some tattoo art on my arm and I was really impressed.
And she did a video for school (they had to do an animation video... I was really impressed by that too). She's got an alternative sense of humour.

Right leg first. :) I did some pole ;) and aerial tissue classes for a while....

Everybody can work on their own flexibility by doing regular stretching.... You'll see improvements over time but you do have to work on it. And you have to keep it up otherwise it will be lost.
