    It is not okay to try solicit business from a forum like this without ever posting!

    Please report it if you receive unsolicited private conversations from service providers seeking business. There should be a "Report" link on private conversation messages.

    Not at all. Your posts are awesome, as are @datto's. I'm talking about the trolls. Who's life has so little meaning that they derive pleasure by trolling internet forums? :confused:

    Lurking since since 2013 (ss)
    Regularly eat breakfast (530) with recent posts and if captivated will follow up at lunch
    Its like what a property magazine should be with out the the fluff or the the angle
    Credit to the calibre of the posters
    Looks like I'm out of the closet !

    yes agree, but how do you work this out.

    I think one way would be experience of person posting, success of the person posting, does the person have a business ? I partial/not?

    Then again how do you know someone is not a big BS artist?
    I reckon post a few tricky questions and see what happens:p. BTW I am a zillionaire and own 100 properties outright;)

    I ask them! I've spoken to a few people at the meetups that read the threads but have never signed up and don't contribute. They get value out of the discussion on PC though.
