Oops, it's getting close to wine o'clock, guess I was a little distracted with the anticipation.

    +1 for me too.

I had the money sitting and waiting and waiting, and thought bugger it, this will do. A highly scientific method.

A total of 1,029 individual holders participated in the plan with valid applications totalling $14,035,000. As the total value of subscriptions did not exceed the maximum subscriptions for the plan, there will be no scale back of applications and shareholders will receive their full allocation. As previously notified to market, shares under the 2020 Share Purchase Plan will be issued at a price of $4.35 per share and shares are due to be allotted on 10th July 2020.

That is quite good. About 20% of share holders and 30% of cap. Higher than a lot of LICs' past SPPs.

Shares allocated today according to the info in the SPP documentation. Snail mail advice of allocation from company will follow in due course I guess unless there is a radical change and it's decided to include it on available documentation of the share registry. Seems too rational to provide via the share registry the SPP documentation, including the application form, and the subsequent allocation advice. We can live in hope.

My hopes have been fulfilled. Notice of allocation and price is now available on share registry website.

Now don't send me no paper as a follow-up thanks.

WHF pay day today. Funds in the bank (will certainly cover the annual cost of two-minute noodles) and more shares in the holding.

So the SPP raised $14M. The dividend paid was $10M.... could've saved the trouble and shifted some gold coins from my left pocket to my right all by myself. Tax free too.

It could be looked at that way, others will see an increase of their holdings & thus income from dividends at a discount to then price, not to mention the approx. $1 increase in share price since then, so happy camper here :).
