Hi, I'm looking for an IP at the moment, with about budget less than 700k (can go up a little depends on the deal).

Would like to have some suggestions for top 3 suburbs around Melbourne preferably house/townhouses. Open to not high rise appartments as well.

My intention is for good capital yield (3 to 4%) as well as a decent capital growth.

So what would be your top 3 suburbs of Vic in 2020?

    Hi mate,

I reckon you are going to need to give a little more than that to get anyone interested in replying.

Maybe a bit more detail on what you have considered so far and why?

Areas you have researched and ruled out?

    What’s your strategy etc etc.

    Cheers
