i was talking to some close friends last Friday actually it was my Bank Manager.

i was astounded he voted Greens being a property investor and a small business owner.
Does immigration suit us as property investors leaving out any emotional or personal issues but as property investors should we be supporting immigration?

i usually vote different every election going from labor to liberal to one nation to no land tax etc but im seriously considering the Greens next election voting as a property investor

i want immigration especially to areas such as sydneys Fairfield and West.
Do i care if it turns into a ghetto? answer is no because its business.

im worried about negative gearing too

    Undoubtedly!

Greens...? you are on the wrong track there mate. IMO.

Typical of this attitude of not caring if it turns into a ghetto. You don't care. Nice

I dont see how,we need immigration in Sydney to keep developing ,and yes newly arrived immigrants are tenants.
nothing insensitive about it,the more immigration for Sydney the better as a property investor

High immigration supports property investment. The Greens do not support high immigration. While they do support increasing the overall intake of refugees they also advocate for massive cuts to the skilled migration program, which is where the vast majority of Australian immigrants are derived.

That being said, your posts seem to lack some basic human decency. We need to take more refugees because it is the right thing to do more so than the fact that it supports the economy and property prices.

im a businessman , nothing personal its just business !

the truth is whether its insensitive or not i am caring only for my business i have no interest in other people nor their personal problems ,it is not business personally i must think of it as a business point of view,
does immigration provide business for property investors etc

areas such as Albury have benefited from immigration

One nation topped with the Greens and a sprinkle of Labour. Wash down with a glass of Liberal.

No party supports this or that. At the end of the day they will do what majority wants. This is a democracy. If the any party supports a minority over majority they will not last long.

That said. Every party is pro investor in one way or anyther. What’s pro is up to the debate and approach is different.

Big boy. The Greens want to confiscate IPs and give them to the strugglers. They also want rocks thrown at business minded people. Better jump on a boat and head for Hong Kong.

Greens can go jump in the lake for all I care.

Labor....well no. I like some of their stuff but ultimately they are too much bleedin hearts for the wrong people.

Libs.. well... not perfect by a long shot but its the best we got unfortunately.

We're gonna get screwed no matter what. Just choose your degree of screwing.

Hmmm. Dunno that I agree with that sentiment of the majority.

Noise and polls win every day.

Been a long time since we have had a leader who is a leader rather than a poll follower - just my view. (. What's scary about that is I sound like my dad).

The process looks to be more about party survival than thrive of the community

Being a pollie is a tough job.

Greens? there is a reason they call them the watermelon party, Green on the outside Red on the inside (as in communists/socialists/Marxists) I don't think they would be good for property investors at all, they would rather confiscate your property rather than give you tax breaks.

    None.
Property investors pay too much tax compared to many other countries.

I don't think they would be good for anyone. They would totally destroy the country imo.
