    Many people are saying it's the year to invest in property. I want to invest around 600k but not sure which is the best suburb? Looking for new estates developing around Melton and Sunbury. Any suggestions?

    Get a property with the largest block of land close to the trains/major shopping in Werribee/Hoppers. You'd have change to spare too.

    TBH not really. I was looking at Manor Lakes/ Wyndham Vale, and houses near by train station were above 550K. Thus I assumed, near Hoppers would be far above.
