Which is a better surburb for PPOR. Of interest- Officer, Wyndhamvale and Cranbourne

    My choice of the surburb Listed is based on finance and close to family. In terms of growth, which fairs better?

    For the foreseeable future, IMO, all 3 are on par. Cranbourne maybe a touch better because there's more employment in/around Dandy (though the same could be with WV given its proximity to Geelong).
