Which Dwelling type Approved?

    Hi all,

    We own a piece of land and I’m just trying to find out quickly online what size dwelling we are allowed to build on it. Ie 3bed 1 bath. Or 2bed, study 1bath. Does anyone know if this info is available readily online or do I need to wait til I can check our paperwork when I can find it! :D
