    Hi Property Chatters

    Looking for suggestions or a starting point for Development of the attached Site in Frenchs Forest NSW (Northern Beaches Council)

    My Property development until now has been pretty limited, I just bought my first Investment Property and am building a granny flat in the backyard.

    Anyway looking for suggestions on what I could do with this site given it's block size, neighbouring setbacks and it's location.

    R2 Zoning, Looks to be just under 1200 sq/m, frontage is 14m tapers out to 18m wide

    There are 3 LEPs: Warringah, Manly or Pittwater? Planning controls

    You’re probably Warringah.

    Enter your address into the Planning Portal and see what the minimum lot size is. You’ll need 2x that number for lot subdivision. It’s usually first dev potential to check.
