    Currently looking at Nambucca Valley area.
    Gods country, a few acres anywhere between 8-30 mins to beaches can be had for sub $400k right now.
    Yeah sure might have to do a makeover here and there but value is not to be sneezed at.

    Cant get anywhere further away from Syd or Bris along the East coast, so just perfect !
    Yet you have Coffs just a short 30-40mins north and PT MacQ a bit further south with major services, plenty for someone of your (our) age Liz. ;)

    Beautiful beaches and river systems and those rolling green hills…..Oooaaarrrrhh yesss!

    BTW, to our Broker, hows that enquiry going? :)
