I have always found that curtains seem way over priced to me.Even at spotlight on a huge sale i went to recently where they say they had the best prices i could only find some that were absolute chepaest at $40 each curtain ??(not a pair)
Ok for a better property but for a lower rental a bit much i reckon.
But i have never tried reject -will give that a go

I remember they had some at KMart and/or Target.
Not sure if they still stock them, but they had some in different price brackets I think.

Got it from this seller BLOCKOUT BLACKOUT 3 Layers Pure Fabric Thermal Insulated Eyelet Curtains Pair

I chose the pure fabric as it is washable.. previously bought one in the shop with the polyester material on the back for blockout.. they are not machine washable and got damaged.. have to be hand wash or dry clean which I thought is too much of a trouble.. so went with pure fabric this time.. tenants would not have time to hand wash..

if you are buying a huge amount of curtains, make sure you email the seller on ebay.. she can give you discount and reduce shipping fees..

    Thanks for the tips!
Where are they located, and how long did they take to arrive?

I am a terrible daughter. I got mum to pick them up on mother's day whilst I was busy renovating. My sister had taken her to the CBD for breakfast.

They are located in Qld... shipping took a few days... you can also ring them to see how much discount they offer with bulk buys..

    Oh, you're the bad daughter.
I returned my Mum's call today. She said "any reason you called me today?". I said "Is.it.Mothers.Day?" It was her birthday... of course!

I second what Spider-Man says, you can often get brand new curtains at the op shop, plus, wooden blinds, you name it, you will find it! Having said that I bought a tension rod at Spotlight Saturday, my neighbour kindly put a hem on the chunk of "magic" drape eyelet curtain but you could easily buy fab material from the op shop and chop it up, tension rods are brilliant for awkward spots and you can make a couple and alternate them if it is in a greasy area.
