    Hi Guys,

I am about buying a property in Sunnybank, Brisbane.

I am living in Sydney. It seems like the contract for selling/buying is different there in QLD. While the information can be found at attached section 32 in the contract in NSW, there is no requirement for providing the information such as the drainage and sewerage diagrams, overlays, easements etc. in the contract in QLD.

Wondering if there is anyone has gone through this process before in Brisbane. And where I could obtain these informations?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Andy

    Thanks, bob.

I called the Brisbane council. They checked the drainage and sewerage diagram to see if there is a public pipe crossing the property. Fortunately, there is no such problem. If I need to have a formal one for the private pipes in the property. I need to get them transfer me to their plumbing team to get one. It will cost $41.

Again, thank you for your valuable information.
