NSW Where to Buy with these parameters ?

    Hi Guys,

    What areas would be recommended to buy a house with these parameters:

    1] 250k - 300k in purchase price
    2] Suburb that has sustainable development in terms of having diversified industry and growth
    3] 2 -4 bedroom house
    4] Reliability of Tenants and safety of the Suburb
    5] Has good shopping areas and schools close to it

    Also, what resources could I use to get this detail and calculate mortgage options.

    Have a look at Mildura, Colac, Traralgon, Toowoomba, Adelaide (would have to be a townhouse).

    In Kallangur or nearby . May need reno. If you are lucky you can find something for low 300k. Growth potential is there due to uni and change of landscape.

    Just enter those parameters into realestate.com.au for search and see what suburbs you come up with! Then research growth, theft, demographics... etc.
