NSW Where to buy with a budget of 1m?

    Hello Everyone,

    Just joined this forum. Hope everyone is safe and doing well.

    I have been renting for the past couple of years and now want to purchase my own house. My budget is around 1 million. I am looking for a house which has around 4 bed rooms, 2 bath and 2 car park (if possible). If the land size is above 450 sqm. then it would be very good.

    Could you please suggest suburbs in Sydney which are close to shops etc and train station?

    Apologies in advance if I have put something incorrectly in my requirements above.

    Not enough information.
    How far from the cbd (or your place of work)? North south west?
    How new? 5, 15, 25, 40 year old house?

    I would suggest Parramatta satellite suburbs through to Blacktown. Though may be harder to get a 4 bed in the Parra region.

    What about 2 houses in Mt Druitt area?

    If you get 2 neighbouring houses even better. You could up with 1200 sqm land plus 6 bedrooms 2 bathrooms etc. Or you could live in one and rent the other.

    Great long term investment.
