    Hi there,
I'm a first time investor looking to buy my first investment property. Price range between $300K-$340K. So far the proposed infrastructure in the Central Coast has caught my eye: Gosford, the Entrance, Wyong, etc. Has anyone had experience in these areas? I've also recently thought about Wollongong- but am worried I've missed the boat. Would love the hear thoughts and advice, on these areas- better options. The property will be rented out and I'm looking for capital gains.

    Thank you.

    Hi PeterL,

Welcome to property chat! What's your end goal? What's your strategy?

Even as a newbie myself, I'm still thinking about these two questions and it's a really good starting point...

Depends what you're trying to achieve , but prob prefer metro area than country towns
