Hi All, Looking to buy an IP in Melbourne. Budget is circa $1M. Strategy is to hold (to be able to rent readily) and develop in future. I have a heard a lot about Frankston. It's a bit further out and has gone up considerably recently so wondering if I have missed the boat already? Thoughts about Coburg, Thomastown, PascoVale, Maidstone, West footscray? I'd look for something that was passed in at auction that meets your criteria in any of those areas and go from there. The Y-man
Also add Carrum Downs for your development potential tick. Frankston has varied pockets. Be careful with that but 1m is a very decent budget. Regards
