    Stay out of Perth - tight vacancy rates will disperse once fly in fly out can take place again (out of WA). I would say regional NSW, but a lot of places have already popped quite a bit, so not sure where best to advise. Goulburn at your price point - maybe something up the central coast would be worth a look.
