    That's so short sighted - sorry but them's the brakes.

    I used to live in the area you're mentioning and there is NOTHING special about them whatsoever.

    Karrinyup North - behind the shops - is probably better because of the proximity to the lake but North Innaloo would be a better bet being more walkable to Stirling station and Innaloo centre.

    Bang for your buck next 10 years will be Edgewater by a long-shot. Proximilty to Uni, Academy, Joondalup Centre, Train Station, Freeway, good schools, Lakes and a 10 min stint to the beach one way, or 20 min to the Swan Valley the other way along the same road.

    What's Duncraig got? Glengarry Hospital and a Shell?
