Where to buy in Perth with $500k budget

    Looking to buy in greater Perth area.

    I have a $450-$500k budget plus oncosts.

    Looking for +ve cashflow with good capital growth prospects.

    Where is best to buy for my budget.

    That is an extremely tight and fast moving price point at the moment as it is also popular with the First Home Owners

    Try and get something within 15-20km of the city if possible and stay away from the large land estates in the 25km++ range

    A quick search.
    Craigie and Heathridge not close to Perth but close to Joondalup (on Perth side)which is a City a centre a (has most things you need ) not too far from beach.

    Rents in Perth area nuts 3x1 in fair condition easy $350 a week

    You can still afford inner Southern suburbs like Queens Park and Cannington, which are within 12 km of Perth CBD and close to amenities like public transport, the largest shopping centre in WA, Curtin University, Perth Airport, Crown Casino, Optus Stadium, etc. There is also a lot of local employment. I would choose this area over a new estate 30+ km from the CBD.
