VIC Where to buy if you have a budget of 850-900K PPOR

    Hi guys,

    I am looking to buy PPOR, could be unit or townhouse also and currently live at Blackburn, Victoria. These are flexible, but would like to be within 45 mins to city, close to statoin, and have a good Primary house in the area and have three bedroom. What are the good suburbs that you guys would be looking at?

    Plenty of options for townhouses, you could even try box hill, Blackburn, Nunawading.

    Have you considered Carrum/Bonbeach/Chelsea/Aspendale/Mordialloc?

    You can get a nice townhouse/unit for around $900k walking distance to beach, train, shops etc.. It would be right on about 45mins to city with train (from Carrum, closer from others mentioned).
    New stations being built atm along the entire line.

    For investment? What is the discount rate for Mirvac's HL packages (given asking $1.2M for a 4BR townhouse)?

    On the same street, Stockland is offering H&L packages which are slightly cheaper.
    Haven │ Altona North | Stockland

    I have checked out the area it doesn't appeal to me.
