    @diagnostic, @jins13, thank you for your kind words. I was hoping to use my story to get more 1st generation migration to come out to tell their stories, I knew a few, they are truly amazing. unfortunately, it looks like I am the last one on API.

    I like the bit at the end 'it takes longer than you hope for, but shorter than you think.'

    @bobbyj, glad you like these words, they actually came from a very wise member on PC, to whom I have 100% respect and trust.

    I was a pharmacist before I came to Australia, did my Masters in UNSW, unable to find a job. then went to nursing, but only worked as a nurse for a short period of time. the property investing journey has taught me heaps. on the surface, it is about property, but when digger deeper, it is actually about finance. and personal development ( @Leo2413 would call it mindset) comes with the it as well. it has opened a new horizon to me. never regret of getting on the property investing journey, only regret not jumping in earlier and going harder.

    You're still very young so time is on your side. From your attitude and commitment to doing well reflected through your posts, I would say your gonna soar in time. You are willing and wanting to learn and grow - usually key ingredients to doing very well :)
