Go to island of Kauai, Hawaii. Do the Na Pali coast with Na Pali experience. Best trip / experience in the world for me, all the 5/5 ratings are true!

Too often we look to holiday overseas without seeing our own back yard

Am off to Hobart, in Dec, will do the Mt Wellington cycle tour, a day at MONA (incl the boat cruise), then get a car and head north up the east coast :p

Japan does sound nice also

Tasmania is beautiful. I've been there twice and can't wait for my next holiday. We'll probably do east coast next time.

    LG, consider:-

    1. qualia - Australia Luxury Resort | Whitsunday Islands - Great Barrier Reef

    2. Park Hyatt Sydney | Luxury Sydney Hotel in the Rocks

    3. Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley, Australia

    4. Romantic Getaways Sydney | Central Coast Luxury Accommodation | Kims Beachside Retreat

I have no affliliation with any of these businesses.

All are are well worth your consideration.

Maybe go somewhere nice and get your diving accreditation while you're there.

A friend of mine mentioned that Coffin Bay was amazing. So many creatures to see.

    Coral Bay is pretty awesome.
The reef is only 50 metres off the beach.

    YOUR STATE NEEDS YOU!
keep your money in the local economy!

Fly up to broome, hire a bongo van and cruise back down. There's some good deals for returning vans $5/day hire usually

I'm in broome now.... holy moly is a ridiculously big state, with not much in between.perfect for digging up really

Another 4 or 5 weeks although I'm not sure what day it is
You don't need to dig out here just drop them 50m off the highway and your unwanted items will be lost forever;). Is Australia the ideal country for discarding evidence? ...I'll need to Google and then watch wolf creek
