Where should I be looking with 200-300k?

    Here’s a visual for the northern suburbs of adelaide... I work out that way a lot and it looks pretty accurate... north east corridor looks the best for investing especially with the O bahn busway linking it to the city Imgur

    Phillip Island is a affordable option undergoing huge growth. Victorian regional cities have also been holding up well namely Wangaratta, Wodonga, Shepparton.

    I don't think many property investors sleep well at night if it's risk you are worried about. It's all about risk management. At least property markets are less subseptable to Trump s tweets. I think.

    Thanks for this!! Will be keeping my eye on perth over the next few years. Have since decided to up my budget and take a look at ballarat as my first IP
