Where is the development approvals data?

Hi folks,

It's amazing how much I come back to this awesome forum.

My question this time is, does anyone know where to go online to get a snapshot of how much residential development is scheduled for a given location? So like, if 300 apartments are going up next door to where I would like to purchase a house?

I have checked out census and some government planning websites however I thought I'd put the question out to the fine people on PC as well..

You can do a radius-based search on a given address. Will spit out details of all DAs.

You can register for searches to produce e-mail alerts of new DAs.

I Use this site in vic it tells u surrounding sites based on an address u pick and emails u every time a new dev comes up

Also go with the council planning sites tells u the latest applications based on 7,30,60 days etc
