    As mentioned elsewhere, I have now purchased in Bris. LMR corner block in Moorooka. Would buy there again if I had the means.

    Congratulations. Good effort buying interstate!

    Before deciding on regional have a really good, deep discussion with your broker about what's possible. I find people are often surprised :)
