What happened to Rixter and Landlubber with their LOE strategy? I mean I can figure out what happened with the strategy part but how did they pivot?

 

Been in contact with Rixter, he moved to Melb a couple of years ago now

No idea how LOE panned out as I have not spoken to him recently

However in current lending climate this strategy is going to be hard to implement

 

Probably impossible unless you managed to take out a massive buffer before APRA showed up.

 

Both of those gentlemen were straight shooters ,and if many would have listened to BillM especially when the fast buck money crew hit the other site ..
If they listened to Bill back then their money would still be sitting on the table ..

I remember Julia from Bantacs.
Still have her booklet that I spiral bound for reference, her contributions were like Terry and Paul@PFI.

 

I think Landlubber LOE has some mixed results.
i believe still retired from day job
Had huge portfolio of properties, my understand is he sold down and reinvested in shares for higher yields???

 

Haha makes sense. Thats where hardcore buy and holders like me are heading as well.
