I used to have Bayview's tyre garage (was it in Dromana?) showing on my Facebook page from time to time, but I haven't seen anything from them for quite a while. Google didn't show me anything based on the limited information I had.

His sister and BIL's place in Bali still appears to be active

Apart from Corey who else is MIA?
I think a lot of brokers can't be bothered wasting their time constantly posting the same old stuff over and over again and competing with everyone else here for business.

Is that right - pleased to hear it.

Not so long ago he had a young family, struggling business and was selling us assets to keep going.

Obviously something good happened for to allow a quick turnaround in the financial position.

Didn't he also invest in his sister's Bali accommodation? That seemed to have excellent reviews, and looked really nice. Hopefully it was successful.

Or your priorities change, the same way life changes, some will some won't!
I wouldn't just narrow it down to success or not, as it was said, success is your state of mind....

Or they just could be at different stage in life where priorities change! Spending time with family like grandchildren, travel, being more social, or giving more time to friends or groups (volunteering). IMHO, many reasons!

Or they could become sick and tired of the politicisation of many threads and just move on. Topcropper.
He’s doing well if anyone wants to know.

I enjoyed Topcroppers posts. It was good to read about his life on the land.

Jokes aside I know a few brokers on here who found it too hard to make it work , especially post APRA and decided to move on in other directions.

Perhaps that's the case with other professionals as well, some of whom used to be very active.
