    Whatever happened to Rixter? didn't he retire off a LOE strategy? how would that be fairing now?

    He relocated from Perth to Melbourne to retire?
    No idea what he is doing today. Hopefully doing well and enjoying life

    @keithj was also seen in May 2017, but hasn't posted since April 2016. He wasn't a prolific poster, at least not in this incarnation, but added great value.

    Thanks Geoff,i know TFB was in the US for a while then came back and bought into a property in nth nsw near where I have a property in the UKI area..I only hope he found what he was looking for..

    How about JWR? He was a young gun hoping to get rich buying el cheapo sub $130K properties in esteemed places such as Gympie, Tolland in Wagga Wagga etc (no offence if you're from / live there)

    Landlubber too. Would love to know how he's doing with his LOE strategy (obviously had to tweak it).

    Remember landlubber some great posts
    He started with LOE but then tweaked the strategy, did not work to plan, but still retired from property and shares.

    Yes interesting that Corey dropped off, he was extremely regular on here. Understand getting busy, but completely stopping is different.

    Some people get bored with forums and content, fair enough, out grow it or whatever.
