    Ever heard of Stephen Larkin? Ex-vet, financial advisor, developer etc.

    He has a penchant for using other people's names apparently and blaming them for his driving offences.

    Looks like he'll be shacking up with Fast Eddie.

    What's he done with his 200 odd properties? (Apart from having been bankrupt a few times).
