Hard to feel sorry for the loss of such opulence.

I have a purple Guess one that I got at boxing day sales about 5 years ago! I love it!

    Edit: It was about $45

I got a Furla plus som other brands I have never used. Don't know the price... All given by family before I have the chance to choose one for myself. Price maybe $40? That's expensive enough and I expect t to last 5 years

Don't own a handbag ... just carry my wallet and keys ... have a small leather look zippered backpack that cost around $50 10 years ago if I need to take more stuff like a drink bottle, book etc.

I've never understood the massive handbags, full of everything but the kitchen sink.

@Lizzie same here I prefer a free hand, but overtime the things I need to bring expanded my wallet (and they're not money) so decided to use a small over the shoulder bag with compartments and pockets

That why I said, if one went missing a month, would the owner notice?

Just had a marketing thought; print Gucci handbag designs on umbrellas.

My handbag cost me maybe $30 or $40 a while back... Today however it is worth around $20k in cash from a BIG job who I collected (overdue) cash from today. It will be under the bed tonight until we get to the bank tomorrow.

Who cares if someone spends $1m on bags perhaps they have pots of money and this is there passion. Some people collect cars, shoes, houses etc etc
