    I have a new routine.
    3km walk, an hour gym, 30 minutes in the pool (not really swimming).

    Insert boring work day here.

    Then 3km walk home after work.

    If only I could still eating constantly...

    Brazillian Jiu Jitsu 2x/wk (I like choking people!)
    Free weights 1-2x/wk (Basic powerlifts but only light these days)
    Chase the kids around or cycle with them every now and then.
