    3 Days - Gym
    1 Day - Running
    1 Day - Hobby Cycling / Sport

Diet is the key to health though, not necessarily training.

Long brisk walks, roller skating & twice a week exercise class.

Maybe just start with no more taxi's from the supermarket. It's only a short walk, afterall, then go out for a walk after diner.

About 16000 calories give or take just for the cycling. Not sure on other sports, boxing probably around 500 calories per session.

Walking every second day or so, swimming sometimes, weights sometimes. What's this routine business? If my jeans do not fit, I do a bit more. If exhausted less.

I envy people who wake and exercise at 4.30 in the morning. Friends of mine are road cycling at that time.

Is it the endorphins following the exercise/knowing you've completed it for the day that gets you up at that time, especially during winter?

Weightlifting 2-3 times a week (I'm still a beginner) and short run 2-3 times a week.

I've been weightlifting and dieting (~1350cal/day) for about 6 months and lost ~19kg so far. Hoping to maintain my current weight but recomp between now and summer.

Surf as often as I can (conditions permitting). Have recently reduced work commitments down from 4 days per week to 3. Have noticed a difference already spending more time in the water.
Lucky to be able to enjoy fresh seafood regularly also.
I have a good mate who is a gym junkie; but I keep telling him he likes looking at himself in all those mirrors! He's strong enough, but cardio poor.

After retrying yoga again this morning, I remembered why I didn't stay at it for too long last time - need core strength! The slow poses remind you about muscles you didn't think you had.... I will look at ways I can keep at it longer.

I enjoy the rhythm of running - one step in front of the other...

I find yoga is very good between runs, for me it is more for stretching for flexibility and relaxation.

I forgot to add the short bike ride with two steep climbs each way to work. Add variety to the routine.

Each year I add on a different activity: one year with swimming (2kms/each swim), last year playing squad.

    What I do now:
    Walk 4 km everyday
    1 day legs weights
    1 day upper body flexors
    1 day upper body extensors
    1 day legs weights
    insert core exercise somewhere there
    diet - separate thing
    that's the whole week plan

They look like three eager beavers. Hope your arm is still in it's socket by the end of the walk!
