    It can be
In or outdoors, its rock climbing but at lower heights so don't need ropes.

Cycling and lately boogie boarding badly. I really enjoy taking my dogs out on the fat bike on the beach too.

Some of my favourites in the gym:
    - flat dumbbell presses (yeah buddy!)
    - deadlifts (raw power)
    - shrugs (machine/free)
    - cable crossovers
    - standing dumbell curls (gun show)

    Worst:
    - Squats (even though they work!)
    - calf raises (lots of pain, no gain!)
    - chinups (can never seem to do enough!)
    - most of the random isolating cable equipment.

    Hmm, looks hard.
Can you get around on the soft sand or not so much?

You can, but it is certainly easier on the drying sand/low tide. Like 4wding the idea is to let some air out of the tyres to navigate harder terrain.

Sounds like hard work there, but looks like fun on the hard sand. Saw a pic of a girl on one in the Jetstar mag.

Anything that I can do as soon as I get rid of my leg cast (non-weight bearing of course ie swimming).

Apart from volleyball I now "work out" while waiting for my bus... squats, tricep dips, pushups, planks, wall sits.... (and stretching).

Btw. I can still feel my butt after the workout on Friday.

12 oz arm curls... each rep is intensely satisfying.

Other than that, MTB is my preferred heart rate amplifier.

Finished a warm up workout yesterday on the C2 Rower
    EMOM 10 cals x 8 times
Rest remainder of minute after achieving 10 cals
    • Go Faster/Harder = More time to rest exhausted
    • Go Slower/Easier = Less time to rest but not as exhausted

I can honestly say I have never pulled a muscle whilst Property Chatting. This is all thanks to my strict conditioning regime as seen here.
