I'm currently with Westpac, have $1.15 million loan, LVR (Loan to Value ratio) is 50%.

Currently getting 4.33% on principle place of residence and 4.60% on investment properties.

What are other people getting, I want to compare to see if I can get better.

    Hi Tuffy,

No point comparing with others. Save time and compare with a broker :)

    That's ok pricing

As at this week they will do new ppor biz at 415 for loans greater than 750 at 80 lvr or less

The rocket loans and much of the WBC process is rolls Royce rather than cut price so even 433 is ok

BankWest have a history of having you beaut specials to entice new customers while ignoring existing customers and increasing their existing customers rates over time.
They are also not overly easy to deal with, especially for investors.

We just finished refinancing our PPOR with Bankwest - fixed @ 3.95%. Loads of dramas because the house is in my wife's maiden name. They made up all this rubbish about the land titles office mandating the title be changed to her married name and other complete and utter crap. After I rang the land title office and confirmed it was rubbish they started to change their story slightly but it dragged on for ages. Every other lender I've ever dealt with has been fine with a marriage certificate and stat dec saying both names are one and the same person and our solicitor reconfirmed this should be fine. In the end my wife had to go ID herself with her passport since it's still in her maiden name and they had no more ground to stand on but the delays from needless stuffing around on their part added up to around a month. Lucky we weren't trying to buy something and were just refinancing.

Depending on your circumstance and LVR will effectively affect the loan rate.

I am with Westpac 4.2 % across all loans interest only. Just called them last week to see what they could do and they came back with the above.
    Happy enough with that
    Cheers
