    Hey guys,

Just wondering what the dotted lines represent.

There’s one thats blue, and one that’s black.

Tried to look on Google maps and couldn’t see any power lines or anything…

Blue line is like a creek/drainage ditch. Follow it north-west and you'll see it connect to a water body.

Black lines is a footpath. Looks like a nice one sealed with line markers and everything.

I could see this on googlemaps if I got the area right. Edinburgh?

Turn on your layers - it becomes a bike path

Yup I could see that - I use bike path/footpath interchangeably as they are usually for both purposes.

Blue quite often means water on majority of mapping softwares.

Also worth noting there's a freight train line that runs through there as well.

Presumably not in conjunction with @D.T. ''s freight line.
