    It's probably missing 1 at the beginning. 900sqm could go for 1.8 mil easily.

    ha ha wow that was a stuff up then, was marked sold at $820,000 for a 900sqm plot!

    Looks like a typo. You can't get a house that size on 900 Sqm in the South West let alone North West.

    If that's the case of typo, then why the house is still on the market this long ?

    That's why it's still on the market. At that low price, I'm sure alot of people would have enquired. The agent realised the mistake and removed the price. Now it has no price.
    If it wasn't a typo, then should be sold based on the original price. Make sense Tekoz?

    If the Agent wes underquoting the price, I heard that it is illegal nowadays.

    Starting from next year REAs will not be able to list properties 'offers above' or anything similar. It has not yet been enacted though so this particular property is not affected at this current time. Even next year with the new laws it has been said that the penalties are laughable so we'll have to wait and see how it unfolds
