Typo, family sale? Even for the downward trend, the price seems low? http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-kellyville-121032650 That said, there is a definite drop in sentiment in the North west (Sydney); one example below This property below was Offers over 950K - October long weekend, down to offers over 895K now http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-beaumont+hills-120886049
Oldlistings shows a Historical Price: October 2015 $1,280,000 Price Guide Over http://www.oldlistings.com.au/real-estate/NSW/Kellyville/2155/buy/1/HIGHGATE
Looks like a typo. You can't get a house that size on 900 Sqm in the South West let alone North West.
That's why it's still on the market. At that low price, I'm sure alot of people would have enquired. The agent realised the mistake and removed the price. Now it has no price. If it wasn't a typo, then should be sold based on the original price. Make sense Tekoz?
Starting from next year REAs will not be able to list properties 'offers above' or anything similar. It has not yet been enacted though so this particular property is not affected at this current time. Even next year with the new laws it has been said that the penalties are laughable so we'll have to wait and see how it unfolds
