    What is he next break out area within the 300k mark. What's the data saying ? Perth is on the move and Adelaide has jumped (perhaps Elizabeth and surrounds offer value, but moved also). Increased rents are usually a precursor of the capital growth, but where is the question? Who has the magic answer in trying to find the diamond rough.

    Ripple could have been tracked by anyone who would be active in the market.
    Tea Tree to Salisbury to :p
    Similarly, Marion to Onkaparinga to :p

    Similarly, suburbs in each council too. Now it is down to off markets and deals in between that keep coming to market and way under valued.
