Probably a bit of both, but I'll spare you the gory details

Where to next? Possibly the biggest challenge. I don't think I can purchase too many more so it's about making the best choices possible for me. After that it'll just be more of paying down debt and dealing with ongoing management and maintenance.

The problem is not being able to get more debt, property is all about finance. There is no problem finding properties that are at least neutral cash flow. Having to sell to access equity on one loan, and on another that wont help as the loan limit will be reduced. Investing for CG has become pointless.

This thread should help- Partner is slowing me down!

My biggest challenge all along has been the 9 year attempt to get residency. Currently being processed for a defacto temporary resident but means for the next two years I can only buy new o_O
At least it will give me time to build up some healthy reserves and go hard when possible. Hopefully 2 years of reading and learning more will pay off big time :)

Biggest challenge for me has been finding stability (in location and job, not mentally, although that in itself is subjective) in my own situation in order to be able to continue progressing. I moved 4 times in one year due to work and was under threat of being made redundant multiple times.

Finance is the key, deals are always out there...just need the financing to secure them.

    Cheers,

    Hi everyone.

I'm new to the site, and happy to see so many like minded individuals.
Biggest hurdle so far has been getting advice/opinions/input (prior to this site) as nobody I know does this.
