    Capital gain in certain areas. Sydney has done it's job, thankyou, now for the rest to catch up. It will come, but I wish it would hurry up.:D

    You wont get this in Australia not from resi property.

    Yields in major Capital Cities are around 4%??

    More properties :D

    I really need/want to strengthen my ability to complete chunk deals.
    I seem to be able to squeeze $$$ out of a project week-on-week, however generating say $10k/month vs making $120k from one deal are 2 very different experiences.

    Only time I see lump sums in my account are during refinances :(

    Got the right mix, cash cows and growth, but trying to get 9 bedded, it takes time to renovate and have suitable tenant in place.
