We've seen this a few times over the past 6-12 months - a great one (or maybe two) day gain, then back down again. Not the nice steady growth we'd expect - especially with so many positive news releases.

Certainly a good day for the little speccy that could, though...

I still haven't broken even yet - I'd love for this little speccy to actually make me some serious $$$...

Similar here, but motivation was mainly to top up TTT which I decided I have more confidence in.

I sold my first half at break--even yesterday but the other half is at +24% now.

It feels like I found a way which works for me. Have about 20 stocks. Average down when it goes down. Start selling when I'm in positive.

    PLS is on trading halt.

Pls has so far already got Great Wall motors and now POSCO.
First delivery of lithium is in June.

I wouldn’t be surprised if opens after trading halt high and goes even higher.

Ok I'm out of NUH too with 10% up. Interested in how you and others decide how much profit before selling ?

There are approx. 2400 companies with a capitalisation of approx. $1.6 trillion listed on the ASX, every day there are companies booming or tanking, that's what happens.

Have you had a look why HVN is back to it's December '17 price, are you suggesting this is a time to buy/sell/hold HVN,

I only look at the trends and how I feel. I know nothing about fundamentals.
In NUH example, I purely bought it based on this forum messages but timed it based on the trend. I got it wrong the first time so averaged down. Sold the first portion when it hit break-even. Sold the second portion when it hit 8 cents which seem high enough on the 12 months trend. I'm content with the decision. If it goes higher.. so be it.

Personally I do not trade, but rather invest in a stock I think has long term potiential.
I look at what the company is doing and whether I think they are achieving goals or not. Based on this progression I make my decision to hold or consider selling some. In NUH’s case they have been doing great progress IMO and their new line of products seems promising. In terms of pricing we are still well under the last institutional investment round despite the progress made.
As long as they keep moving forward like this and unless the industry sees a dramatic change, I’ll keep my investment in NUH.
It it only my opinion though and I could be completely wrong!

I wouldn't classify myself as a trader, I held NUH since around Oct last year. The tech and product is good, whether it has itself enough money to keep going until it takes off was my concern hence I sold.

Above is my opinion only regarding NUH and, note that I have only been in the share market for less than 2 years.

Well, I bought for 0.675 and 0.48, and sold for 0.93 (the tiny quantity that I did have...)

be interesting to see what happens to it.

    Cheers,
